Terms of Use

These terms apply to the EagleTagz pre-launch website and early-access waitlist. Separate product terms will apply when the full platform becomes available.
Early-access registration
You must provide accurate information and use an email address you control. Registering places you on the early-access waitlist but does not guarantee a launch date, account, service availability, founding-member benefit, royalty rate, or commercial relationship.
Pre-launch information
EagleTagz is under development. Features, processes, availability, and timelines may change before launch. References to payment timing, including 72-hour processing, describe an intended product goal and are not a payment guarantee or binding service commitment unless stated in a later written agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or misleading information, automate abusive registrations, or use the site to violate another person's rights.
Intellectual property
The EagleTagz name, visual identity, website content, AI MicroTagging terminology, Parent-Child Chain terminology, and related technology are owned by EagleTagz or its licensors and may be protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to use EagleTagz branding.
Third-party services
The site may rely on third-party hosting, database, email, analytics, or communication services. EagleTagz is not responsible for independent third-party services outside its control.
Disclaimers
The pre-launch website is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. EagleTagz does not promise uninterrupted access or that all pre-launch descriptions will appear in the final product.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EagleTagz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the pre-launch website or reliance on pre-launch information. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
