Privacy Policy

This policy covers the EagleTagz pre-launch website and early-access waitlist. It will be updated before the full EagleTagz platform launches.
Information we collect
When you register for early access, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, selected creator or business role, and your registration reference. Earlier versions of the form may also have collected an optional platform handle.
Our infrastructure may record limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service, including the date and time of registration and a country code provided by our hosting provider.
How we use information
- Manage the early-access waitlist and prevent duplicate registrations.
- Send launch, access, and product updates you requested.
- Understand the types of creators and partners interested in EagleTagz.
- Protect the waitlist, investigate abuse, and maintain service reliability.
Service providers
Registration data is stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. We may use an email-service provider to deliver requested updates. Providers may process information only to perform services for EagleTagz and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell waitlist information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or EagleTagz, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
We keep waitlist information only as long as reasonably needed for pre-launch access, requested communications, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information, or opt out of non-essential email updates, by contacting hello@eagletagz.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Children
The early-access waitlist is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as EagleTagz develops. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Questions can be sent to hello@eagletagz.com.
